Memphis Hydraulic Hose Repair is an independent service-request website operated by Kozi Publishing LLC. This policy explains, in plain language, what this website collects, how it uses that information, and the choices you have.

When you submit the request form, we collect the fields you enter: your name, a callback phone number, your city or ZIP, the machine type, the service issue and urgency, and any note you add. If you choose to attach a photo, that photo is submitted with the request. When you call, your phone number is provided to us by the phone system so we can return the call.

Information collected automatically

With a form submission we record attribution details to understand how requests reach us: the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the referring URL, standard UTM campaign parameters, and click identifiers such as gclid and msclkid, along with a submission identifier used to prevent duplicate entries. To limit abuse, our server applies rate limiting keyed to a one-way hashed form of your IP address; we do not store your raw IP address with the request.

Requests are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Replit, which is the durable record of your request.

How the information is shared with providers

Because this website is a service-request platform, your request may be shared with a third-party provider so that provider can contact you and confirm capability, availability, scope, timing, pricing, and terms. We may be compensated when a request is shared with a provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Call tracking

The phone number published on this site is a call-tracking number provided through CallRail. It routes your call and records call metadata such as the calling number, date, time, and duration so we can measure and follow up on requests. Calls placed to this number are not recorded.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-conscious analytics to understand how pages are used. Google Analytics 4 measures page views and request events. Microsoft Clarity records aggregated usage patterns to improve the pages. We do not put personal information such as your name, phone number, or note text into analytics events or page URLs.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses a small amount of browser storage to hold first-touch attribution values for your session and to support the analytics tools above. You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser at any time.

Retention

We keep request records for as long as needed to respond to the request, connect it with a provider, and keep accurate business records, and then remove or anonymize them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
